  1. Do I have to become a member or can I buy one class at a time?

    With Energy FitBox, you can purchase as many classes as you want and take them whenever you want.

    5 classes $100.00 valid for 3 months
    10 classes $170.00 valid for 6 months
    20 classes $280.00 valid for 6 months
    50 classes $550.00 valid for 1 year

    HST not included in the above prices unless otherwise stated. Class packages are non-transferable and non-refundable.

  2. How do I book a class?

    Once you have purchased a package of FitBox classes, we’ll create an online account for you. Then you can simply log in and register for your classes at your convenience – morning, noon or night. Registration opens every Sunday night at 9:00pm for the upcoming week of classes.

    Your personal account will show:

    • the days and times you have reserved for the upcoming week
    • how many classes you have remaining in your package
    • when your classes will expire
    • your class history

  3. What do I need to bring?

    Workout clothes that breathe and let you move freely. No shoes required – you’ll kick B.O.B. with your bare feet. Energy FitBox supplies the boxing gloves for each class. (Also available for purchase). We suggest that you bring a towel and water bottle.

  4. How do I benefit if I refer people?

    Refer a friend who purchases a package of classes and you receive one free class.

  5. Is there a cancellation policy?

    If you need to cancel a class, please do so 24 hours in advance. No refund will be made if you cancel with less than 24 hours notice. To cancel, call 905.886.4900 or login to your account.

    With a 12-month agreement. You can only book one class per day in advance; after you have taken the class, you may then book another class for the same day. If you miss a booked class or cancel with less than 24 hours notice twice in a 30 day period, your future booking will be restricted to booking classes one day in advance only.

  6. How do I know how many classes I have?

    Your account will show you how many classes you have remaining, when your classes will expire, your class history and the days and times you have reserved for the upcoming week.

  7. I can’t get into a class that is available to choose?

    Please note that the reservation page does not automatically update, therefore occasionally a class that appears available may not be. After selecting a class, a pop-up window will either confirm the class or alert you that it is full.

    If a class is full, you can add your name to the notification list and we’ll email you if a space becomes available. Everyone on the notification list will be sent the email at the same time.
